What You Need to Use Quickbooks Online Products
For optimum speed and efficiency, it's best for people who access the Quickbooks Online regularly to use the recommended system requirements.
Others who will access only portions of the Quickbooks Online, such as entering time sheet information, can use the minimum requirements.
Recommended System Requirements
- IBM-compatible 1 GHz computer with 256MB RAM
- Windows 2000, XP or Vista
- High-speed Internet connection, such as DSL, cable modem, or T1.
Minimum System Requirements
- IBM-compatible 450 MHz computer with 128MB RAM
- Windows 2000
- Internet Explorer 6
- 800x600 screen resolution
- Internet connection
- Adobe Reader 6.0 or higher is required for printing invoices, checks, and other forms (Adobe Reader is available for free download)
Software Integration Requirements
- Export to Excel requires Excel 97 or later
